Sausage Scramble

18 eggs-beaten
2 lbs. bulk sausage, cooked and drained
2 C. milk
1 C. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 C. seasoned croutons

• Grease 9x13" pan.
• Spread 1 C. croutons to cover bottom of dish.
• Layer sausage.
• Mix beaten eggs and milk together and pour over sausage and croutons.
• Sprinkle with cheese.
• Top with 1 C. croutons.
• Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes (or until set).
Can be assembled one day before and kept refrigerated until time to bake.
