Philbrook Farm Dark Bread

1 ½ C. graham flour
12 C. White flour
2 t. soda
½ t. salt
½ C. brown sugar, packed
½ C. molasses
2 C. buttermilk or sour milk

Measure graham flour by spooning into the measuring cup. Do not sift. Turn into a large bowl. Sift white flour with soda and salt. Mix with brown sugar and turn into the graham flour. Add molasses and milk. Stir and turn into a well greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour to 1 hour 10 mins. Turn onto rack to cool.
