Corn Salsa

2-10 oz. pkgs. frozen corn
2 C. green or yellow pepper, chopped in bite size pieces
2 C. red pepper, chopped in bite size pieces
2 C. celery, chopped in bite size pieces
1 C. green onion, chopped in bite size pieces
2 t. cumin
1 ½ t. salt
¾ t. pepper
½ t, hot pepper sauce
1/8 t. cayenne pepper
6 T. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
12 T. lime juice
2 cans black beans, rinse and drain
1 bunch chopped cilantro (about 1 cup)

Mix all ingredients together. The scoop corn chips are good dipping with this. This can also be served as a side salad.
