Beef and Green Onion Quiche

Mix above ingredients and let stand until the liquid is absorbed.

½ lb. ground chuck
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 t. salt
¼ C. sliced green onion-including tops

Add above ingredients to stuffing mix. Spoon into bottom and up sides of 9" pie dish and shape into crust. Sprinkle remaining 1 C. onions over crust.

3 eggs
1 C. shredded Swiss cheese
3 to 4 drops Tabasco (optional)
¼ C. cream
paprika

In same bowl beat 3 eggs until foamy. Stir in cheese, Tabasco and cream. Pour over green onions and crust. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake for at least 45 to 50 minutes in 350 oven. Let stand a few minutes before slicing.
